So this weekend while at the mall i bought a few things and i wanted to share my finds
1. tresemme thermal creation— this smells amazing and unlike other products it didn’t leave my hair crispy and sticky
2. telescopic waterproof— WATERPROOF! the only thing that will take it off is oil eye makeup remover because my neutrogena wipes won’t it does lengthen like it claims
3. karma cream— smells sooo good and leaves me feeling hydrated skin soaks it up great doesn’t leave you dewy
4.philophy acne cleanser– wow i’ve had this for about 3 days and my face already looks so much cleaner and it smells so fresh.
5.batiste dry shampoo — this smells great i haven’t yet used it but the smell is enough to make me really like it
6. clarisonic mia 2— last and my favorite buy i honestly did not want to spend so much money at first but i’m so glad i did my face has cleared up so much just by using this little miracle machine (the philophy cleanser takes some credit as well) for anyone thinking of buying it please go ahead and do so.
I thought I’d share one of my obsessions and the drink i love to fill it with.
I looove these Victoria’s Secret bottles not only because they’re cute but because it hold about 4.5 cups which is half of what you should be drinking in a day. I take it with me everywhere they’re light and convenient
Now i love these for water but i also like to fill them with my bloat tea. It’s the Jillian Michaels Recipe and it really is great. I find myself felling bloated about 3 weeks out of 4 which is a pain. I have this tea for a whole week once a month preferably right before my TOM and i feel great no annoying bloating. (below is the recipe if anyone is interested) It claims to help you lose 5lbs i usually drop 2 lbs when i take it never more than that.

I finally got through the 1,400+ photos from our recent trip to Peru. There were so many that I loved, so I’ll be sharing a few (or 40) each day this week if you’re interested. Throughout our trip, we were constantly mesmerized by the beautiful colors we encountered in this country – from the textiles, to the people, to the city and countryside, everywhere you look there’s vibrant color .
I am no basketball fan and don’t care enough to hop on the bandwagon for all of the playoffs. But i will be watching tonights game, all of Miami will be sitting on the edge of their chairs hoping that Game 7 goes in a our favor.

Today i had my first protein shake every, i went home for lunch and prepared a shake of cryo sports vanilla protein. I also made myself a sandwich and served myself about a cup of pineapple.
I’ve been working out for the past 3 weeks at least 5 times a week but i feel like im stuck. I gain weight and it really demotivates me. Now i won’t lie I LOVE food i’m the type of person who eats because its delicious not because I’m hungry, I’m actually rarely hungry but always eating. Another thing i must mention is I’m not exactly overweight. My body image might be a lot distorted I’m 5’5 and 135lbs which is no where near obese nor overweight but i think everyone has a preference in looks and i prefer to be 10lbs thinner.
So on this first protein shake adventure of mine i learned you should not prepare a full meal as well as a protein shake unless you want to feel like you just ate an entire cow, water is better than milk and for some reason ice in the blender with my protein shake does not turn into a smoothie but creates awkward chunks of crushed ice that do not mix.
So if anyone has any comments or helpful idea as to how i should dink my protein and what i should think about taking i would greatly appreciate it. I’m taking whey bc its what we have at home and i figured it would do, i can deal with bad taste ill chug it. I would prefer low carb and low cal. I should also mention I’m taking protein because i read online that it would help me burn fat.
